Overview
Mirdad is a residential project by Union Properties, located in the Motor City area. The complex consists of four towers connected by a shared podium. Each tower includes two basement levels, a ground floor, and residential sections: the first tower rises 19 floors high, followed by a 31-storey tower, then a 39-storey tower, and the fourth tower comprises 13 levels. The towers are designed in a contemporary architectural style and, together with the common podium, form a cohesive architectural ensemble.
