Grid Properties collaborates with global brands such as Elie Saab and Marriott Autograph, strengthening its presence in regions such as the UAE, London and Cyprus. Among the flagship projects are Casa Serene, Elie Saab Residences, The Lucan and others.
The company’s portfolio also includes logistics and hotel infrastructure facilities created in partnership with leading international operators.
Grid Properties has its own professional divisions covering all stages of development, from planning and design to property management. In 2021, the company was awarded the Best New Development award for The Lucan project.
